If you are looking for property in Dubai I would personally hunt down Joseph Tarabay at metropolitan Dubai.
I was left in an unfortunate situation here with my accommodation and Joseph took my issue on when it wasn’t his to deal with. He went above and beyond for me and I personally met with another client of his who had nothing but praise for him and his efforts.
It is rare to come across someone so genuine and caring for clients as Joseph. He really puts his clients first.
I genuinely could not recommend him enough and having dealt with a lot of truly awful agents during my time in Dubai, I hope he is truly treasured by the company as he is an absolute asset to them in every sense.

Dealt with Wajeeha Suleiman from Metropolitan Premium Properties. I must say the agent didn’t ENSURE the work that was agreed to be done by the owner of the property was completed before handover. Many promises that it would be done..it would be done. Then we found ourselves in major wreck with ant & termite infestation, major repairs, A/c cleaning was not done, and still repairs from our initial visit has not been addressed. Should have been followed-up properly by the agent. After the deal was closed and we paid the commission, Agent didn’t call back or responded to message. Frankly, a very bad experience !
